We have a good size double room measuring 13ft×9ft to the doors of a built-in double wardrobe with a full length top shelf for rent in our family home, that is fully furnished with a good quality mattress on the bed/5 draw chest of drawers/ bedside table with 2 drawers/armchair and tv. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and tidy in all areas of the house to come and lodge with us. I am very willing to do all the cleaning/changing of bedding and laundry for everyone.
Happy to discuss Monday to Friday occupancy with lower rent.
All bills plus wifi are included also all kitchenware, bedding, cutlery, crockery are provided. We live across the road from port meadow. We have a regular no6 bus into the city which takes approx 15/20mins the bus stop is 4mins walk from our home we also have the ST2 bus that runs once an hour to all the hospitals via the city centre we are also situated in a good place for commuting with the A34 nearby. Kidlington airport is about 20min drive.
Please feel free to ask any questions. sorry no couples or pets and no living room or garden, no shed or anywhere for push bikes. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with maximum of 3 other people.
