Two large, bright and fully furnished double rooms on the first floor of my house overlooking a little nature park next to the Thames and right next to beautiful Iffley Village. The house split (i live on the ground floor) is ideal if you enjoy your own space and also like to share an occasional meal or catch up over coffee or tea. The area is superb for running and cycling and you are also only a short bike ride from Cowley Road restaurants and shops.

The flat upstairs has a shower bathroom and a shower en suite so you get a choice of washrooms. It also has a fully furnished kitchen/lounge with lots of houseplants & basic amenities. Both bedrooms are large (the en suite being larger) and very sunny.

Non-smokers is essential, female preferred! I live downstairs and work at the University and I have two very sweet, friendly dogs who will make you feel like a rock star every time you walk through the front door (and who will not be able to get upstairs) but are incredibly lazy so will be mostly be asleep.

Just along my road you can cut through to Iffley Village and local amenities including yoga & pilates classes, a community shop run by volunteers. A big Sainsburys is also within easy walking distance and several good gastro pubs are nearby.

Into town it's a 15 min bike ride along traffic free Meadow Lane or 20 mins along the River Thames pathway. A bus goes every 15 minutes from Oval to the city centre. Free parking is available on street.

The rooms are ideal for professionals or post grads who want a clean, quiet and relaxed place to live/study, close to beautiful green spaces & easy access to town.
