It is a large airy single room in the first floor of a quiet, clean, comfortable and non-smoking
house. It is £700 per month, inclusive of all bills except telephone. The room is furnished with sufficient storage space for clothes and books. There is also Broadband connection. The house has all amenities like washing machine, microwave etc. The kitchen and living room is for communal use. The bathroom is shared by the two lodgers. I have my own bathroom. A cleaner looks after all the common areas.

The area is Jericho, very central, in walking distance from the bus station, train station, shops and most colleges.

I own this house, am single and in my early 60s. I live here along with two others ( which includes the person who will be staying in this room). The other lodger is a post-doc student; very personable, quiet and civilised. We are a very civil lot but do not socialise too much. In fact each person is busy with their own thing.

I prefer someone who does not smoke, needs a quiet and clean place to live in and who is willing to allow others to do the same. Post graduate students who are looking for such a place are preferred.
I also want to have someone with an income who will pay the rent regularly at the beginning of every month.
