Hi,

I'm looking for someone to take over my current lease for the room I was renting in Oxford. It's got ~5 months left on it. You can renew the lease if you'd like as well.

I decided to live closer to family for the rest of this year but the room, house, and roommates are great. The room has an ensuite bathroom, has bidirectional windows, and is on top of a mostly quiet and great smelling coffee shop. It's a very good deal for a room in this good of a location. I have a limited selection of photos for the room right now, so just included two random ones I had. The room was messy when I took them, lol!

Please reach out with any questions! I'd like to get this transitioned over to a new tenant as soon as possible.
