Double bedroom just off of Cowley Road (5 minutes away) but the street is very quiet so you won’t have any noises off of the main road. Cheap rent, landlord is asking for £405 per month (not included bills) but bills are around £100 so not too bad!
You’ll be living with 3 lovely housemates (2 females and 1 male). This is a professional house so preferably, we’d be looking for someone who works as we all pay council tax.
Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The room is available from 12 September but I’ll be moving out from the 9 September so flexible on the 10 and 11 to move in.
You’ll be getting the grey chair and desk with the room :)
