THE FLAT:
Two bedrooms with one spare single room which is perfect for visitors or as a home office space. Large and bright kitchen area with an electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine which was new a few months ago. Good-sized light living area with two sofas, a coffee table and a bookshelf. Beautiful bright bathroom with shower-over bath. Parking space to the rear of the property, or you can get on-street parking at a permit price if you prefer. Bike storage to the rear of the property as well. We have lovely neighbours who are a young couple, and they share the entryway to the flat with us.

YOUR BEDROOM:
Your room is located at the top floor of the flat, you have your own separate staircase which makes the room lovely and private. The room is very big and has a good amount of natural light which comes in from two skylights (you can just about see the Oxford spires out of one). The room comes with a built-in wardrobe, double bed, desk and a sofa-bed (please note that in the pictures the sofa bed is down). The room will have a deep-clean before you move in, and you will be more than welcome to re-arrange the furniture! :)

THE LOCATION:
The flat is just off the Cowley Road. All the amenities you could want are within a walking distance including restaurants, bars, cafe's, clubs, bars, pubs and shops including a big Tesco a 5-minute walk away. Regular and reliable buses into the centre of town and directly to the train station are a few minutes walk away. The Oxford Tube bus stop is a ten minute walk from the flat, and you can walk into the centre of Oxford in 20 minutes. The street itself is well-lit and mainly residential.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Lucy, I am 23 years old and the only other person you would be living with (apart from my very ugly fish, Franklin, who luckily for you lives in my room 🥴). I'm a support worker at an alternative provision school and I also work part-time at a mental health crisis centre. I'm quite chilled and love to have a good gossip at the end of the day but am also big on having time to myself. I'm a big reader and love my books, as well as all the usual 23-year old things like going to the pub or out for a meal with my mates. The only things I'm asking of a potential flatmate is that you are clean, respectful and have a good sense of humour :)
