Hello, looking for someone to take over my friend’s room in our two-bed flat in Old Marston. I am a 25-year-old postdoctoral researcher working at the university who enjoys being social, going for a coffee, pub trips or staying in and cooking meals together.
It’s a lovely modern ground-floor flat with a shared living space, one bathroom and a garden that’s great for BBQs.
It’s a 25-minute walk into town, 30 minutes to Churchill and 10–15 minutes to the JR, but also has great bus links.
The rent is £775, not including bills, which come to around £200 including council tax ☺️.
