We have 2 rooms available in August in our 6 bedroom house. A large double room at £770 and a small double at £725 PCM.
There is a large open plan kitchen, living space and 3 bathrooms in total. There is also a cute garden with a very productive apple tree, a shed and a BBQ.
We are looking for a mix of graduate students and young professionals. Council tax will be shared between the young professionals (students are exepmt). Bill are around £60 PCM per person.
