Hello! We are three PhD students living in Iffley, looking for another student to join our house. We enjoy chilling together and dinners with friends, and would love another housemate who is keen to join! For council tax reasons, we’re ideally looking for another student, aged ~24-28. Two of us have lived in the house for a year, and we have one new housemate also moving in early September.

The room is bright, with a garden view, and is fully furnished. We’re located between Iffley and Cowley (OX4). The house has a garden, shared kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and living room. We have space to store bikes in the garden.

Rent is £690 and bills are ~£70 (water, electricity, gas, wifi, no council tax).

The move in date will be 1st-6th August. We are planning on doing viewings (in person, and remotely) ~15th-24th June, so please get in touch if you think you’d be a good fit!
