Looking for a new flatmate to move into a two bedroom terraced house in East Oxford. This tiny two bed is just on the corner of Magdalen Rd - with big cottage core energy it's perfectly placed on the hippest street in East Ox. The Missing Bean, Magic Cafe, Taste Tibet, Oli's Thai, Green Routes and The Rusty Bicycle are all a 2-3 minute walk. We also have a narrow, but considerable garden which I'm hoping to sow and harvest this year.

The room becomes available on 31st March (just before Easter week). Rent is £850 per month which includes council tax, broadband, bills, etc.

Hoping for someone who is clean, laid back, enjoys the occasional shared meal.. has a cat?

About me: I'm a 35 year old Clinical Researcher at the NHS. I go to the gym a couple of times a week, enjoy reading, starting (and sometimes even finishing) new projects. Cooking is a big part of my daily schedule. Happy to cook for you too! May occasionally have friends/neighbours over for dinner, but this is fairly infrequent about once a month on average. I speak English and Spanish, and dabble in Italian.

Happy to simply co-habit and keep to ourselves, also open to hanging out from time to time :)
