Hey everyone,

Our housemate will move out at the end of March, so there will be a delightful and spacious double room available in our beautiful house, just off Cowley Road!

The house is beautiful, with wooden flooring in the ground floor, a large garden and a cosy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room features a large double bed, a large set of drawers, a small desk, a large wardrobe, plenty of shelving and a window which overlooks the back garden.

The house at large has ample space (e. g. sitting room as well as a frontroom) if you need to work from home. There's lots of additional shelf and cupboard space throughout the house if you need it. We live on a quiet road, however you are just 1 min away from all the bars and amenities of Cowley Road.

This house is also great for people working in town, as well as the Headington/hospital area. It is just ten minutes by bike to the city centre/Headington and a bus stop with many transport links is close by too. Outgoing buses like the ST1 are very accessible too.

The price of the room includes all bills except gas/electricity, which varies throughout the year. We are happy to share with professionals as well as students - but students will have to share council tax with us (Band E).

A bit about us:

I'm from Scotland, Cesca from Surrey and Nathanial Norwick. We're a fairly social, active and musical bunch. We all also work full-time in scientific fields at the collages/labs around Oxford. We like to watch TV in the evenings, cook together from time to time or have a BBQ if the weather permits, but it's upto you if you'd like to join. We quite often have people and partners around, but we're not much of a party house. We're usually up for the pub though ;)
