The house has a spacious ground floor, shared kitchen, open plan living room with 2 double sofas/ dining area and French doors opening to the garden.

It's in a quiet, charming area that's about a 15 minute walk to Headington shops, around 20 minute bus to Oxford city centre or a 45 minute walk.

All bills are included - Gas, electricity, water, council tax (band D) and WiFi.

The current flatmates are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly - happy for a chat, but also great at giving you personal space. Open to socialising with a cup of tea or out to coffee/pub.

The house is managed by Lucy Properties, who are quick to sort out any maintenance issues with no added charge, you can even sign up to monthly yoga classes if you like.

The room will be let on a first come first serve basis.
