I am looking for someone (preferably female) to fill a double room available in my two bed house in Cowley. Monday-Friday/half week rentals will also be considered.

The house
The double room is furnished with a bed, drawers and wardrobe. The house has a bright lounge and kitchen and large garden, which is lovely in the sun. A parking permit can be applied for.

Rent: £750 per month
Bills: Approximately £200 per month, including:
Council Tax (Band C), Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity, Gas, TV Licence

Location
I am 2 minutes from a bus stop with multiple buses into central Oxford. Florence park, Magdalen Road and Cowley Road are short walks away. Its a 15 min walk or 5 min cycle to Tescos (Cowley Road) and Sainsburys/Lidl (Templars Shopping Park)

I'm 37 yrs old and work in public health (wfh 1-2 days a week). I am easy-going, tidy and social. I enjoy making the most of my non-working time, particularly trying new places (bakeries, pubs and restaurants), and am very active (running, swimming and cycling). It would be great to have someone similar in the house. I occasionally dog sit a very cute 14 yr old terrier x poodle for my parents (~3/4 times a year), so will need to be happy with dogs in the house
