I’m moving out of my lovely house on Divinity Road soon for 2 months, so I'm looking for someone friendly to take my room in our great 5-person house until March 18th.

About the room:
- General: very spacious and bright
- Sleep: large double bed, blackout curtains
- Work: desk and office chair: very pleasant environment from which to work from home!
- Storage: pantry, bookshelves, bedside table

About the house:
- Five housemates total, a mix of students and young professionals
- Two bathrooms (one recently refurbished with a new shower)
- Spacious kitchen with two fridges and plenty of storage
- Vacant bedroom upstairs for extra storage
- Cosy communal living room

The house has a great location on Divinity Road, close to Cowley Road, shops, cafés, and within easy walking or cycling distance of the city centre and universities.

Walking distances:
- 2 mins to Co-op
- 10 mins to Tesco/Sainsbury’s
- 15–20 mins to Oxford city centre

About the housemates:
The housemates are considerate, and keep the house tidy and relaxed. It’s a social but respectful home.

Rent & bills:
Rent is £610 per month
Bills are around £125 a month (includes council tax, Wi-Fi, and utilities).
Council tax band E.

I'm looking for a tidy, sociable person to move in next week if possible, and able to send in and complete referencing quickly (professionals are preferred).
