Hello! We are three PhD students living in Iffley, looking for another student to join our house. We enjoy chilling together and going to the pub, and would love another housemate who is keen to join! Preferably a student, aged 24-28.

The room is fully furnished, located between Iffley and Cowley (OX4), with a garden, shared kitchen and living room. We have space to store bikes in the garden.

Rent is £690 and bills are ~£70 (water, electricity, gas, wifi, no council tax).
