A bright, lovely, south garden-facing, well-lit double room available for a working professional, Risinghurst, Oxford (OX 3). The perfect- for- 1 person -room is inside a spacious 2 bed semi detached house and comes furnished with a double bed, a spacious in built cupboard, a chest of drawers, own fridge freezer, study table and chair.
Living room, separate spacious dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar will be shared with our small family of 3. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom just adjacent to the room will be used by the lodger. We work 9 to 5, Monday to Friday so the house is quiet during the day. We are respectable of each other's spaces. A private person would love our house! We are also sociable but very flexible. We would request our lodger to treat the space like they would treat their own. Our only ask is to keep the space tidy and in a hygenic way.

The room is available from July 9, 2026. The house is a 15 min walk from the Headington shops. There’s a big Aldi less than 1.2 miles away from the property. Closest bus stop is 5 min away with buses to city centre and Headington shops. Convenience store and post office located few yards away and Thornhill Park and ride is at a 10 min walking distance. The house has a massive 80ft garden which is maintained by us.
