I am seeking a sublet in our wonderful, sociable and friendly home. The house comes with free parking and a garden!
I am going to the USA for work for 5 and a half weeks, so the room will be available between 1st April and 9th of May. Price is ~£125 p/w and if you stay the whole duration, get the extra 3 days for free. Price and duration negotiable.
The other housemates are busy group of professionals, including a physicist and managers at a live music venue and a restaurant.
We have a mix of interests including music, live gigs, cooking, football, table tennis and festivals. We enjoy socialising in the house, watching Netflix series, drinking tea and heading out for the occasional drink.
Transport links are ideal with buses to the City Centre and train station just minutes away and very frequent.
