I’m looking for a lodger for a cosy and quiet double room in my well-furnished terraced house in East Oxford. The whole house is finished to a high standard and offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

I am a live-in landlord (female professional). The house has a calm, low-traffic feel day-to-day and is shared with one other full-time lodger, myself and my Border Terrier.

You’ll have access to a new and clean shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a private, peaceful garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
This is a quiet home, best suited to someone who values a calm, respectful living environment. It’s very much a lodger arrangement rather than a social flatshare. You can street park with a permit.
