Hi there!
We’ve got a lovely furnished double room available from 10th of March in a cosy residential area, just a short walk from the city centre.
Currently, the house is home to two of us, I'm 34, Spanish and work in data (sometimes working from home), and my housemate is a 27 year old from Poland who works in a college. We’re both laid-back professionals, tidy, and like to keep things organised. We enjoy cooking and staying active with running, swimming, gym sessions, and hiking, so there’s a great balance of good vibes and healthy living here. We also enjoy having a social life, going out, and spending time with friends.
We’re looking for someone who’ll fit right in and share the same relaxed, clean, and respectful approach to living. No special requirements, just keep the common areas tidy and respect each other’s downtime.
The rent for the room is £598 per month, with bills roughly adding up to £728 in total. This includes:
