Hello!

I’m looking for someone to move into a 2-bedroom flat I share with my two cats, Bossa and Nova. The house is in OX1 - about 15 minutes from Carfax, on a quiet street with a communal garden and a very useful Londis five minutes away.

Rent is £825/month + bills (around £150-£200). The room is available ASAP. The rest of the flat is well equipped—all white goods are present, as well as a dishwasher, coffee machine and even a bidet.

I’m 32, working full-time, and value a friendly and calm home. I’d love to live with someone who’s kind and thoughtful - LGBT+ friendly is a must. Bonus points if you enjoy cooking, plants, or the occasional pub crawl (but none are required).

Council tax is Band E and ideally shared, so a working professional would be easiest, but a student open to contributing is also welcome.
