We have a nice spare room in our house, OX1 4QB and walking distance to High St, colleges and shops. It is also close to the river, a park, lake, outdoor heated pool (open summer only) and tennis courts. The house is a 4 bedroom terrace house in a quiet street.
The people there are myself (work f/t in publishing), husband (tech entrepreneur), and son, 22 (studying nutrition at Oxford Brookes uni, with interests in music and fitness.)
We are a friendly bunch, tend to be out of the house during the day and around in the evenings. Relaxed about sharing food and cooking but also respectful of privacy.
