Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my furnished double room in Hinksey Park, available now.
It’s a lovely room in a cosy residential area, about a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Hinksey Park and its swimming pool are just 2 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is around 7–10 minutes on foot, and there’s also a Londis right around the corner.
You’d be living with two people:
• a 34-year-old from Spain who works in data
• a 27-year-old from Poland who works in a college
They’re both easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the house clean and organised. We enjoy cooking, staying active, and also having a social life, going out, and spending time with friends. We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe who is relaxed, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and downtime.
Rent is £598/month, and with bills it comes to around £728/month in total.
Bills include:
• Council tax (Band D): £212
• Gas & electricity: £93
• Water: £56
• Broadband: £29
Ideally I’m looking for someone long-term, but I’m also open to short-term stays until the end of June.
