Hi everyone!

I’m leaving Oxford at the end of November and am looking for a female flatmate to take over my bright, spacious double room in a friendly three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat.

You’ll be sharing with Yili and Tadd, who have recently finished their studies and are now working.

The flat is fully furnished and has recently been renovated. It benefits from:
- a five-minute walk to Oxford Railway Station
- a 10–15-minute walk to Oxford city centre
- easy access to the Thames Path and Port Meadow
- a large lounge and dining area with an adjoining fitted kitchen
- views over attractive communal gardens
- secure bike storage and a shared storage cupboard
- controlled building access, an intercom and secure indoor parcel storage

The bedroom has a large double bed, plenty of natural light and freshly painted light-grey walls. Please note that the wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bed and chair shown in the photos have since been replaced with newer furniture.

The communal areas have also been upgraded with a new dining table and sofa, while the kitchen has a taller fridge with plenty of storage space.

I’ve genuinely loved living here and am very sad to leave. We’re looking for a friendly female working professional who will enjoy the flat as much as we have.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples due to the flat’s occupancy limit.
