I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly 2-bed flat in Botley, on Cumnor Hill, Oxford (OX2). The flat is fully managed by a letting agent, so any problems are dealt with properly, and it comes with parking space with an EV charging point.

Rent is £950 a month for the room, with bills extra (council tax, electricity, gas, water and broadband). It's a rolling monthly tenancy.

You'd be sharing with one flatmate and we're looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared space, so the flat stays a calm and comfortable place to come home to.

The handover is simple. The landlord approves you, the agent runs a standard referencing check, and there's a £50 fee for the new agreement. You'd pay your share of the deposit to me, and the agent moves the existing deposit into the new joint names.
