Hello, I am searching for one person to take over the agency contract of my housemate in March 2026.
The house has two bedrooms - I live in one of them - and it is in a quiet area in Botley, Oxford, 3 minutes from the 4b bus stop.
The house is queer and trans-friendly.
It is all new construction with double windows so the energy bills are not too high. The room is 625 +bills unfurnished.
There is a living-room, a kitchen, back-yard with raspberries and 2 loos and one shower-bath. The house is on the minimalist side as it was rented unfurnished so it is easier to tidy and clean. There is a parking space at the back right outside the backyard.
