Hello, we have a single room available at the heart of Oxford city, on a quiet road, right by Folly bridge. The house is a walking distance of less than 10 minutes from Westgate, and an amazing location for reaching city centre in no-time. The room is small, however great for its price, especially considering the location of the house. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a comfortable living room space, kitchen and bathroom with all amenities, as well as a nice big garden. We are 3 professionals living in the house, and we get along very well. We would like to keep the environment nice and friendly, so we're looking for a long term tidy and easy going person to fill the fourth room. Our current housemate is leaving the country and the room will be available on the 31st of March onwards. Bills are not included, however they would be: £7 for internet, £76 for
council tax , £14 for water and depending on the season £30 - £80 for gas and electricity pcm. There is also a cat in the house, so ideally someone who is pet friendly would be a great suit.
