We are a Spanish couple (m32, f30) renting two double rooms (£575 pcm each) in a 4 bedroom flat.
The flat was originally unfurnished, but we own all the furniture and small appliances in the kitchen and living room, so that's all covered. The bathroom and room shown in the pictures will be empty.
We're both professionals and as such we have to pay council tax; we're open to students as long as you're OK to pay a share of it.
We work hybrid, so we spend time working in the flat (good wifi throughout). We enjoy cooking and like to share meals with flatmates from time to time.
We have a vast collection of board games and are keen on game sessions, having fiends over for this from time to time.
Couples are very welcome and would actually be our preferred option. However, as the property is licensed for a maximum of four occupants, a couple would need to rent both available rooms. The second room could be used as a home office, guest room, hobby room, or additional storage space.
WE HAVE A CAT (Ruby is very friendly; cat lovers rejoice).
We're looking for people who are considerate in shared spaces and happy to keep the kitchen, bathroom and living room clean and tidy.
LGBT+ friendly.
Shared facilities: washing machine, dryer, front and back garden, driveway parking, shed for bikes.
Location and transport links: 10-15 min cycle from station and city centre. Many bus lines to the train station (15min).
We're limited to 9 photos in the add so we're happy to share more if requested.
