Hi there! We are a young professional couple looking for a lodger to rent the double room in our recently moved-into semi-detached house. We are open to professionals and mature students.
The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood; nearby are the shops at Westway, giving you easy access to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and other local services.
The room is northwest-facing, enjoys natural light throughout the day and into the evening, and looks out towards the surrounding hills of Botley.
We have updated this advert with photos to show the brand-new mattress and bedding we have added for the room.
The room has lots of storage space including a built-in wardrobe, two large under-bed drawers and a chest of drawers.
You will be sharing the house with just the two of us. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room and two toilets. You will also have full access to the large garden and a shed for secure bicycle storage.
Rent and deposit
• Rent: £900 per month, including all utility bills, full-fibre broadband and council tax.
• Deposit: £900.

Transport and parking
