This is a ground floor apartment located just off Rectory Road which is 2 minutes from South Parks, hospitals are a 10min cycle as well as very close to the city centre (15min walk or 7min cycle). All public transport links to anywhere in the country are a stone throw away in St Clements. The household is a friendly, clean, creative, out of the ordinary with caring and loving people. One housemate is leaving which means a new community will be created 😀. I work in social care, I also make and upcycle accessories and clothes (from recycled materials). There is 1 bathroom (shower over bath), kitchen is a decent size and comes with all appliances and utensils, each housemate has their own fridge. There is a living room (very cosy). There is a garden to the back of the property too.
