Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Park student accommodation in Oxford from 12 September 2026 to 3 September 2027 (51 weeks).

I’m offering the room at a discounted rate of just £197 per week, with all bills and Wi-Fi included. The takeover will be arranged officially through the accommodation provider, so you will have an official tenancy agreement with them.

The room is a first-floor en-suite in a 6-person flat, with your own private bathroom and a spacious shared kitchen. It comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, full-length mirror, desk and chair, plenty of storage cupboards and under-bed storage.

The shared kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, breakfast bar and stools, plus a sofa and coffee table – great for cooking, relaxing or hanging out with flatmates. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The building has great communal facilities, including a laundry room, study areas, pool and table tennis tables, a communal lounge, printer, vending machines, an outdoor courtyard and bike storage. Reception also accepts parcels and letters for residents.

Aldi and other supermarkets are only around a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right outside with easy connections to the University of Oxford, Headington, Oxford city centre, Westgate and Oxford railway station.
