Hi everyone!

We are looking for 2 friendly n sociable people (ideally female/enby to keep the previous balance!) to join our fully furnished 4 bed, 2 bath house on Hurst St off Cowley Road from the December 12th. Both the house and the two bedrooms are spacious with tons of storage, with an open plan kitchen/living area and balcony which faces South Parks.

You would be joining 2 housemates (30M + 29M, George and Charlie) who love the pub (join our pub quiz team!), holidays, gigs, and more fun obscure hobbies that you can find out about in the viewing 😁 we are all really good friends and would love it if the new housemates became good friends too. Julie is leaving to move in with her partner; Ally is leaving to travel the world with their partner.

The location is perfect – we are just around the corner from James Street - so James Street Tavern, Fir Tree, Iffley Gym, and Cowley rd sainsburys (etc) all just a stone’s throw away.

The rent is ~780pcm for the larger of the two rooms and ~750pcm for the smaller (bills not incl, but usually come to ~150pp in summer and ~200pp in winter).

To make sure we give our letting agency enough time for processing the change in tenancy, we would like to find people before November 12th - don't hesitate if you like the look of the place!
