I would like to make this a really lovely homely space, with the potential for some flat dinners/ occasional board game evenings over the winter months. The house has some beautiful features - original fireplaces and picture rails in most rooms, and the lounge gets lots of light. The dining room has the potential to be very cosy, and a nice place to study during the day. The rooms at the back have a lovely view over the garden. Both Paula and I are recently moved in so haven’t had the time to make any changes yet!

Looking for a like-minded friendly housemate with some similar interests - who would enjoy time spent socialising as a house, whilst respecting each others space :))
