Large double bedroom with ensuite in between Cowley/Iffley Road. Room is furnished, in a shared house with large kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer, and many fridges) and garden. There’s a communal living room/dinning room and an office for working from home.

You’d be joining 4 friendly housemates who all work full time. We’re a queer and trans house and we live communally to varying degrees (sharing chores & caring for the house, household supplies, some food/ingredients, and many impromptu shared meals and hangouts).

You would be taking over the remaining 6 months on our contract from someone who is moving out. The option to stay in the house should be available after 6 months. Priced at £720 + bills (we split council tax, water, energy & broadband. About £100-£125 a month). The room is free to move into from mid-February. Unfortunately, our letting agency will force you to go through their referencing process. Your salary will need to be above £21k or they will ask for a guarantor or 6 months rent up front.

We’d love to find a fellow queer and/or trans person who is keen to join in on living somewhat communally, sharing meals, hosting friends (we run craft nights often) and making a really nice home together.
