The rent is £750, with around £77 for bills currently, and about £100 for Council Tax (so if you're a full-time student, total monthly expense would be around £827 instead).

The room has a single bed and in-built wardrobe and a little bookcase, with extra storage space under the bed and in more in-built cupboards throughout the flat. (Other furniture like a desk/vanity or larger bookcase can be sourced for you as well, either for the room or the lounge).
There is a nice shared lounge (with a projector to put Netflix nice and big on the wall), a kitchen with plenty cupboard space, half the fridge and freezer space, a washing machine, and a separate tumble dryer.

It is possible to get an on-street parking permit if needed. The flat is let and managed by a letting agency. The current contract runs until the end of October 2026, and can then be renewed.

A bit about me, your flatmate: I'm a 35 year old Dutch-French woman. I am a Christian vegan (but it's quite all right if you're not). I'm an introverted creative person with many creative hobbies (writing, crochet, knitting etc), I like watching movies/series and playing PC video games, and I've recently studied psychology. I go out most days to do some creative writing and/or study.
I would love to live with someone who also likes a cosy, calm home (with occasional singing while doing the washing up, I hope you don't dislike Ed Sheeran!) :)
