Hi! I'm subletting my room in a female house share on St Clements street. Just a 5min cycle into the centre of town. Open plan kitchen-living room area, large outdoor garden space in the rear of the house with picnic bench. Bedroom on the 1st floor looking out to the garden. Single room with desk and desk chair, storage cupboard, chest of drawers and space under the bed for boxes. Ample space outside for parking bikes. Two shared bathrooms each with toilet and shower. There are 4 other girls currently living in the property. Communal use of kitchen and living room areas. The lease terminates in July so the room is only available for a short-term let.
