You will be sharing with a female couple, mid 30s. It's a quiet house - no traffic noise and quiet friendly occupants who are nonetheless quite busy.

There is both a bath and separate shower in the bathroom, kitchen with all the usual, a small (ok overgrown!) back garden to relax in, plenty of storage. The double bed has a new, high quality mattress. There's a desk and wardrobe in the room. Your bike can be safely stored in the garage or there's a bike you can borrow.
