Cute and cosy room available in a five person house in the heart of Magdalen Road! It’s amazing value for the area, with the house a stones throw from Missing Bean, Hamblins and the Magdalen Arms, as well as being close to Cowley Road.
The room has a lovely old fireplace and comes furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, bookcase and a wardrobe. There’s also a large airing cupboard in the room which is great for storage. The only thing not included is the mattress which is mine, and whoever takes the room will need to find their own. The room has a lovely view of the back garden, with lots of leafy trees🌳
You’d been joining a house of 4 others who are either PhD students or professionals working in the sciences. Everyone is fairly busy and has their own schedules, but it’s a friendly house with occasional trips to the pub etc.
