Ground room B of £800: 16 square meters with ensuite. To share the kitchen with first floor tenants who have a partial kitchen on the first floor.

First floor standard double room C of £700 with private use of luxury toilet and handbadin, to share the kitchen and a shower room

First floor master room D of 22 square meters with ensuite, being occupied by the landlady who is a retired NHS worker and away on abroad trip around 50% time .

The price above is rent only. Extrax 150 - 250 bills cost for sharing council tax and utility bills. The utility bills are shared by the total numbers of the occupents including the landlady ( though only stay less than 50% each year).
