Lovely room in quiet well maintained owner occupied four bedroomed Victorian house ten minutes from city centre. We have a large well equipped kitchen with cosy dining area which leads out into the garden. There is plenty of room in the house which guarantees plenty of private space for everyone. There is green space behind the house and beautiful walks along the river into town. We offer a table in the room for quiet study.
