I'm looking for someone to take over my contract until 05/08/2026 because im moving in with my partner. I’d be willing to pay the first month of rent for you just to take it off my hands.

Everyone in the house is welcoming, as well as clean and considerate. The room itself has a double bed and lots of storage. Perfect for someone working at the JR hospital as it is within walking distance. Shared bathroom with shower.

Rent is £575 with about (depending on what is used that month) £100 in bills. This is paid to the head tenant on the 1st of every month
