I have a double room in a two bed flat available from mid June. Rent = £800 a month. Bills depend on student status.
About the room: Comes furnished with a double divan bed, wardrobe, 2x shelving units and desk. It has plenty of storage and lots of natural light from the French doors leading to the garden.
Location: The flat is a two bed maisonette on Southfield Road, 5 min walk to South Park, 5 min walk to Cowley Road - the area is lovely!
Looking for: A PhD student or young professional who is tidy and respectful of the flat. I love a good chat but also respect personal space and privacy (I need my own too!). No pets unfortunately. I also hope you like the book aesthetic because they’re currently coming out of my ears lol.
About me: I work from home all week for a charity that works to reduce violence against children. I love to cook, watch movies, and when I’m not reading you’ll find me doing some sort of obscure hobby or out in the garden ☀️
