My housemate's finishing her DPhil, so her room's available ~15th September:

- £1240/mo (fixed since 2024), bills ~£100/mo inc. 1Gb internet & ethernet in garden office

- I'm a 34yo DPhil student (2y left)
- Was a doctor but now doing bioinformatics, studying ageing on earth and in space at the Botnar and Kennedy
- Mainly WFH in (half of) the garden office
- My girlfriend and I split weekends between here and London
