I'm looking for a lodger, in my newly renovated, modern, fully furbished 3 bedroom flat. (2 bedroom, 1 office)

I'm open for all types of rental arrangements: short-term (even just a couple of weeks/month) long-term (max 6 months) or part-time ( eg: Mon-Fri) arrangements. Couples considered but only for short-term. LGBTQ+ friendly household :)

For part-timers we can work out arrangements that work best for the both of us, I'm flexible.

Move in date is flexible, but only after 15 March, it is rented until then.

The area:
The flat is centrally located, 3 mins walk to temple cowley shops, with an easy 24/7 h bus access (40 mins walk) to city centre and quick, direct bus links to JR hospitals/Headington. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with lots of greenery and quick walk to parks, shops or cowley bars.

There is on street parking in front of the flat, you can apply for paid permits, in the evening it's free parking.


The room includes:
Double bed with storage, mattress, inbuilt wardrobe, desk, chair, desk lamp, wall-mounted shelf, blinds and sheer curtains. Plenty of space for additional storage or bookshelf. The 3rd room is used as a home office for me and a drying room. If needed, I can provide you with a monitor in your room, on request.
Spacious, and light living room with open plan kitchen and sit out balcony with japenese wooden floor and privacy fence bamboo fence.
I can provide additional videos and pictures on request.

The rent:
The rent is £950/month for full time lodgers, and for short-term lodgers the rent is pro-rata of £950/month (average rate of £31 a day) for part time lodgers the rent is similarly pro rata, so for a Mon-Fri arrangement approx £620/month. It depends on how many days you will be renting in a month. This includes rent, all bills, and cleaners 1x week. For couples the rent is £625/person/month.

I'll be living in the property with my tiny, super friendly, very quite and retired therapy dog - therefore you should be at least a pet aware person. She is very old, and usually sleeps in my room all day before I take her for her daily walk.

I'm super easy going, fun and social but with respecting each others personal space and quiet time. I like to dance, read, cook, kayak, crotchet, watch F1, and do activities in nature.
