I’ve got a lovely double room in Pembroke Street and I'm looking for a housemate! It’s now ready for viewings. It’s in a perfect location within 10 minutes of Wood Street and 20 mintues to the train stations. Old Town is full of shops, cafes, gyms, restaurants! There is plenty of space across the house for us have our own space but also to come together in the huge kitchen!

The room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden so has great lighting and is quiet. There is plenty of space for a desk with an inbuilt cupboard/wardrobe.

Outside there is a deck garden and big garage, capable of taking any few extras you may need storing.

A parking permit will be needed for on street parking, if necessary.

Wi-Fi is Virgin Media 1GB fibre, which is speedy across the whole house!

All bills are included in the rent — gas, electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi.
