We are a family of 3 (Mum, Dad & a 12 y. o. Boy) in a nice centrally heated house in Swindon, ideal for walking to work in town centre and near to the Outlet Centre. We have a huge attic room which is really a studio flat as it is ensuite, available immediately either unfurnished as it is, or we'll provide a single bed, table and chairs, bookcase and a big comfy chair. It's newly carpeted and plenty of storage. The photo doesn't do it justice! The roof windows tilt and open and are fitted with blinds.
We have a lovely lounge and diner which you're welcome to share, and also a newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons, or have a microwave in your room if preferred. We have full fibre broadband, Netflix and other media.
Outside we have a gorgeous little garden and seating under a cuppola.
There is a dedicated parking space for you too.
No other bills to pay, just the rent. This covers heating, cooking, showers, wi-fi, Council Tax, everything.
As we both work we're looking for a person also employed who can pay the rent reliably on time.
Sorry, strictly no smokers, though you can vape in the garden.
