I have a large light double room on the second floor of my large Victorian house, which I am happy to rent out to the most suitable person. The room is furnished with a double bed (and bedding/towels if needed) plus plenty of storage space. The room has its own sink and bathroom cupboard. You would have access to a large shared shower/bathroom on the same floor, a modern kitchen on the ground floor, light conservatory and dining/reception room, plus a sunny courtyard area. There are regularly free parking spaces on the road (or parallel roads) with non-residential free parking. This small HOUSE-SHARE prides itself in its warm, supportive and friendly, artistic atmosphere, where all tenants communicate well, while respecting each others needs/wishes for cleanliness and privacy. The house itself is just 5 mins walk to Paignton's central shopping area, 5 mins to the train/bus/coach station and 10mins walk to three different beaches and sea front. There is also a leisure centre and Velo park just down the road, and gorgeous coastal paths. The monthly rent includes all utilities (gas/electricity/water), council tax, T. V. Licence and WIFI.
PLEASE NOTE!!! Unfortunately, I cannot accept lodgers who are on universal credit. Nor is the double room on offer suitable for couples. Any potential lodger will be invited to meet the other house-share residents. At least two references will be required from your current workplace and your most recent Landlord.
