Hi, I have a spare room to rent out in my 3 bedroom upper cottage flat in Renfrew. It is probably only available on a short term basis - until around August, but it could also be longer term if both parties happy with the arrangement !
I am only interested in living with someone that is genuinely clean and tidy!
The flat is quite spacious and there is a nice garden.
I have a friendly cat and i am away quite a lot so you would have to be happy feeding her when i am not here. The cat is very sweet and is an outdoor cat so no litter tray!

£400 pcm including all bills (except heating - although this likely won't really amount to much/anything because of summer months).
