We’ve got a large, bright double room available in a lovely home.
The house has a beautiful garden perfect for relaxing when the sun’s out, two bathrooms, and a handy storage room/cellar.
The room can come furnished or unfurnished, totally up to you! Right now it’s got a brand new double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, and a two-door wardrobe, everything’s in great shape. Also, a working desk station.
Bills aren’t included in the rent and are approximately £120-£150 (council, internet, energy, gas, water)
As for your future housemates you’ll be living with a great bunch of professionals. One works in finance, another in hospitality, and two are teachers. Everyone’s friendly, respectful, and keeps things chill at home.
