We are looking for a lovely lodger to join us in our large house. We are a professional couple with two young children. We live in a quiet, friendly street in North London, between Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill. We're a 12min walk to Palmers Green station, or a short bus ride to Wood Green (Piccadilly line). Plenty of great shops, cafes and really beautiful parks around too.

The room is a large beautiful double room with an ensuite bathroom on the top floor of our large family home. The room is bright and airy, with a double bed, desk and wardrobe etc. You would have exclusive use of the adjoining bathroom (which has a shower) as part of the lodging agreement.

In our ideal world, we'd be looking for someone with as light a footprint as possible: someone who preferably works or studies out of the house, eats while out and about, and so on.

The room is available from 1 June 2026. Our two previous lodgers have been students and we (and they!) really enjoyed the experience!
