I'm renting the first floor of a newly renovated house with garden in Wood Green - 5 mins bus ride to Wood Green tube (Piccadilly line, 14 min walk to Bounds Green station, 10 mins to Bowes Park overhead train). Close to shops.

I have 2 very large double bedrooms and 1 single room available upstairs with their own bathroom. They have brand new carpets, double-glazed windows and built in wardrobes. Price is £900 for double and £600 for single (INCLUDING BILLS - water, electricity, gas, wifi and council tax).

I'm preferably looking for clean and friendly FEMALES who'll be willing to share the top floor as of 1 July.
